Thanks to the efforts of the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and the decisions of the Unity Council of representatives of Orthodox churches on December 15, 2018, it is possible to continue the implementation of the plan of the Locum Tenens of the Ecumenical Patriarch in Crimea, Metropolitan of Gothia and Kafa, St. Ignatius to restore the work of the Monastery of St. George in Mariupol (ancient Kremnes) .
The academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, the President-Chairman of the Azov Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship, the doctor of commerce, Ph.D., H.s.empl. Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev, who in 2005 obtained consideration of this issue by the State Committee of Ukraine for Religious Affairs (see appl.).
