To carry out this work is  necessary, in order my following handling on your name owed image validly and was not specially of created uncorrespondences with accounting of all unsimple peculiarities formed for last 20 years old of the situation (of the consequences of The order of IELR NAS Ukraine, city Donetsk, about errand to me of duties of the organizer of the Mariupol’s Department of IELR NAS Ukraine in 1995 yr. and the encouragements of carrying out it by deputies Supreme Advice of Ukraine and by the leadership of Mariupol in 1997-1999 yryr., and by The President of the international social banding of «The Academy Economic Sciences and business activity», Prof., Dr econ. V.N.KIRICHENKO - and in 2000yr.). And main - in order to correct conscious distortion my personal this carried out by the collaborators of the Artemovsk’s the urban center of employment, like, as to indication I.V. Leshchenko (by the way, by me is not set question about clarification roots these conscious perversion personal this, and because such conscious perversion personal this is estimated under action of Criminal Laws of  Ukraine).

This request completely corresponds demands acting in the Ukraine of legislation and for me very odd is undesire I.V. Leshchenko to fulfill my legal request considering amount in 500 grn. in month sufficient for possibility to live in Ukraine over two years old (Look - The letter of the Artemovsk’s urban center of employment from 16.04.2014yr. N 06/1824).

Very odd is and what to me did not propose self I.V. Leshchenko to write fitting handling on your name, and only actively defends its deeply formal, mildly speaking, approach to this question, absolutely not wishing to fulfill my completely legal request (educating in implementations such amoral and disorder statures the Ukraine its subordinate including and working in the center of the employment of lawyer). Because the anticipated consequences of its campaign more than reality …

Уважаемая Пани Министр Людмила Денисова !

Учитывая неофициальный характер (Ваши службы любезно об этом мне сообщили) моих обращений по электронной почте на Ваше имя, направляю  дополнительно к двум электронным запросам и письменный запрос по почте заказным письмом с просьбой дать указание Артёмовскому городскому центру занятости выполнить требование закона Украины, а именно, засчитать полностью весь мой страховой стаж «за данными персонифицированного учёта ведомостей застрахованных лиц Государственного реестра общеобязательного государственного социального страхования» (в ответе Донецкого областного Центра занятости от 09.04.2014 №06-1455, в частности, сказано: «Частью первой и второй статьи 21 Закона предусмотрено, что страховой – период (срок), на протяжении которого лицо подпадало под необходимость страхования на случай безработицы и за который ежемесячно оплачивались им и работодателем страховые взносы в сумме не менее как минимальный страховой взнос. Страховой стаж считается за данными персонифицированного учёта ведомостей застрахованных лиц Государственного реестра общеобязательного государственного социального страхования»), сверив его с данными моей трудовой книжки с ВКЛАДЫШЕМ (ТН №214300, который выполнял роль трудовой книжки, с 1.10.1998 г. по 1.10.2008 г. и в пенсионном фонде Артёмовского района никаких вопросов по поводу трудового стажа по этому документу не возникает, наоборот все нормально!).

Ваше указание позволит исправить сознательное искажение моих персональных данных.

Провести эту работу необходимо, чтобы моё последующее обращение на Ваше имя было должным образом обоснованно и не было специально созданных несоответствий  с учётом всех непростых особенностей сложившейся за последние 20 лет ситуации (последствий Приказа ИЭПИ НАН Украины, г.Донецк, о возложении на меня обязанностей организатора Мариупольского отделения ИЭПИ НАН Украины в 1995 г. и поддержки выполнения его депутатами Верховной Рады Украины и руководством Мариуполя в 1997-1999 гг., а Президентом международного общественного объединения «Академия экономических наук и предпринимательской деятельности», проф., д.э.н. В.Н.Кириченко – и в 2000 г.). А главное – чтобы исправить сознательное искажение моих персональных данных, осуществлённое сотрудниками Артёмовского городского центра занятости, вероятно, по указанию И.В. Лещенко (кстати, мною не ставится вопрос о выяснении причин этого сознательного искажения персональных данных, а ведь такое сознательное искажение персональных данных подпадает под действие УК Украины).

Эта просьба полностью соответствует требованиям действующего в Украине законодательства и для меня очень странным является нежелание И.В. Лещенко выполнить мою законную просьбу, считающую сумму в 500 грн. в месяц достаточной для возможности прожить в Украине на протяжении двух лет (см. письмо Артёмовского городского центра занятости от 16.04.2014 № 06/1824).

Очень странным является и то, что мне не предложила сама И.В. Лещенко написать соответствующее обращение на Ваше имя, а только активно отстаивает свой глубоко формальный, мягко говоря, подход к этому вопросу, абсолютно не желая выполнить мою полностью законную просьбу (воспитывая в реализации такой бездушности и нарушении законов Украины своих подчинённых, включая и работающего в центре занятости юриста). Ведь ожидаемые последствия её похода более чем очевидны…
