But, for its part, tried to solve the extremely pragmatic task of ensuring the recruitment for the 2017-2018 school year. The last is real even today. We can make it in three or five schools to create groups that want to continue education together (!!!).

Уважаемый Виктор Юрьевич !
Это то, что мной делалось, вернее, отрабатывалось с 1989 г. практически по настоящее время ... Суть простая необходимо дать возможность проиграть с реальной и объективной эмоциональной нагрузкой школьникам и студентам те роли, которые в жизни они, скорее всего, никогда не сыграют ... И это все прекрасно понимают - собственно в этом понимании заключена основная идея. Да, они где-то понимают, что предложенную номенклатуру ролей, скорее всего, никогда не будут в реальности отрабатывать, но надежда живёт по своим законам восходящих интеллектуально-духовных нагрузок - А МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ !!
Поэтому, почему бы не попробовать ... Вот Вам и мотивационный базис ! А дальше уже мы создаем такую модель поведения при взаимодействии в уже устоявшемся коллективе, которая может пережить не просто колледж и университет, но и при грамотной коррекции может довести уже специалиста до аттестационных работ на почётное звание или до кандидатской и докторской степеней. Но, со своей стороны, старался решить предельно прагматическую задачу - обеспечение набора на 2017-2018 учебный год. Последнее реально даже сегодня. Мы можем успеть в трёх-пяти школах создать такие коллективы, которые захотят продолжить все вместе образование (!!!).

Но, если в Бахмуте мало надежды, что люди захотят жить и учиться просыпаясь от взрывов, то в других регионах Украины ситуация полегче ... и нас обязательно скоро пригласят для проведения пока пилотных проектов, а дальше может быть и более масштабная работа ...
