We congratulate You on the termination of the most bloody war in the history our civilization. We very much want, that this war which has come to the end on May, 8th, 1945, it has appeared last on the Earth. We deeply grieve over all lost and prematurely died in days of last World war. We trust Presidents and Chiefs of the countries of Europe, Japan and America, we hope that they can find correct decisions of all complicated questions of development of our civilization in the unity World. We ask GOD that He has given to them of reason and endurance, forces and persistence for a preservation of peace and forward development of all our civilization.
