Centuries passed, and the desire to comprehend the laws of Genesis does not fade in people and, especially, in the Ukrainian Cossacks. Today we recall the acts of Bogdan-Theodor-Zinoviy Khmelnitsky, who successfully studied at the Jesuit Lviv College, which gave almost the highest humanities education at that time. And, indeed, he understood and realized much. By the way, Metropolitan Gothia and Kafa, St. Ignatius, who revived the principles of ICONOMY in the XYIIIth century during the confrontation between Turkey and Russia, also received a similar level of humanities education at the Venice Collegium. Well taught in those years in colleges ...

Obviously, all subsequent acts of Bogdan-Theodor-Zinoviy Khmelnitsky - an outstanding leader of the Ukrainian Cossacks - had a real and very serious educational foundation. He was fluent in Polish and Latin, to which he subsequently added knowledge of Turkish and French. Therefore, in the 21st century, we remember many graduates of colleges with gratitude.

Hetman Khmelnitsky understood a lot, very much, studying in the college. Inheriting his example, the leaders of the independent Ukrainian state, as soon as they had real power in their hands, sought to create the most favorable conditions for obtaining the highest humanitarian education by the best representatives of the people of Ukraine. In Kiev, in the newspaper of the University of Ukraine on June 20, 2007, and in No. 5-6 (84-85) in the article "The First President of the Carpathian Ukraine dreamed about this," the following was written:

"So in 1939, in a New Year's interview, the then President of Carpathian Ukraine Augustin Voloshin stressed:" We are building a new Carpathian Ukraine and its main city Khust. We are building the Government Palace, the University, the house for students, the museum, the Ukrainian People's Theater. "

At that time, Wasily Mikhailovich Kozaku, born in Khustshchina, was only in his fourth year. And, of course, the kid did not think, did not guess that it was he who, at the end of Khust Forestry College and Lviv Forestry Institute, would realize the dream of the members of the Government and the President of Carpathian Ukraine A. Voloshin in six decades.

And started almost from scratch. But he relied on the support of many true patriots of Transcarpathia. At first, he attracted to the teaching of specialists from Uzhgorod State University and higher educational institutions of Lviv. Usually in combination. At the same time, intensive construction of new training facilities began. Therefore, Wasiliy Mikhailovich Kozak has "built a university" for seven years and "creates a home for students". Despite all the obstacles and difficulties, he does it well.

Therefore, in a recent congratulation on the birthday of the Presidium of the Ukrainian (Azov) Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship, And noticed that the rector of the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship of the University of Ukraine Wasily Mikhailovich Kozak "made the impossible in his life - he created a university in the historical center of Transcarpathia, which already became known in the Wide World as a higher educational institution in Central Europe. "

And this is so. Which university in Ukraine can report to the public, that its scientific and methodological seminars are reflected on the pages of the world-famous electronic journal of the International Public Organization? And the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship not only posted a report on the theoretical and methodological seminar "Perspectives of Interregional Cooperation in the Conditions of Accelerating Ukraine's Integration into the European Union" (held on January 23, 2007), but also the full content of the most interesting lectures of teachers and students (see document 338 at www.cic-wsc.org ). And most importantly - the proposals, which are introduced in Europe and in America. The university is actively involved in environmental programs established by the United Nations - "Forests for the Planet" and "One billion trees in 2007". The cultural and educational program "Khust Spiritual" is successfully carried out. And students of all chairs at the conference in 2007 made such reports and at such a level that they will be published in the herald of the University of Ukraine as truly scientific developments.

The master's dissertations that are prepared for defense are still called diploma theses on the newest topics: "Reengineering of the Marketing Service of the Medium-sized Enterprise", "Reengineering of the Labor Productivity Management System" and others. Nine teachers work on dissertations, and these are future scientists of Khust. In seven local centers of the Carpathian Institute in Rakhiv, Tyachev, Mezhgorye, Uzhgorod, Vinogradov, Beregovo and Khust, specialists are trained in the specialties "Jurisprudence", "Finance", "Accounting", "Office work", which gives real support to the development of a market economy in Transcarpathia . this is also a great merit of Wasily Mikhailovich ...

Significant successes of the institute students in sports. And this is also due to the constant personal care of W.M. Kozak about the youth. In general, the Institute of Entrepreneurship has become the second among the educational institutions of the region with almost all sports indicators. And it's not just about traditional sports. So, the women's football team of the university is already starting to win.

Every year the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship is gaining strength and authority. In particular, modern educational technologies are being aggressively introduced. More and more talented and competent teachers are involved in teaching. Many of them are happy to go to Khust, primarily because the local university is headed by a very interesting and talented person.

The long-standing dream of the Government and the President of the Carpathian Ukraine, Augustine Voloshin, became the goal of the life of Wasily Mikhailovich Kozak. It is believed that the rector of the Institute of Entrepreneurship will succeed in building a classical university in Khust. An example of this is the Charles University in the Czech Republic. "

And today in Khust, despite all the difficulties and difficulties in Ukraine, continuing the freedom-loving traditions of Hetman Bogdan Khmelnitsky, fighting for the Donbass - the sporting achievements of young Cossacks from the University of Ukraine "Ukraine" are celebrated at all regional and national levels. The university, founded by Wasily Mikhailovich Kozak, who implemented the plan of Augustine Voloshin, continues to teach and prepare worthy defenders of Ukraine.

Therefore, we ask you to support the initiatives of the Carpathian Representative Office of the Valery Alexandrovich Vasiliev (Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine) of the Azov’s Department of the Academy of Economics and Entrepreneurship, the Academic Council of the Academy of ES&E in Ukraine and the Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity (Spain, India, Ukraine, Canada, Serbia, Australia ) to the leadership of the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship of the Open International University for Human Development "Ukraine" and the relevant Committees of the Supreme Council (Rada) of Ukraine on the following issues:

1. Establishment of an annual scholarship named after Wasiliy Mikhailovich Kozak as the founder and first rector of the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship of the Open International University for Human Development "Ukraine", for the most gifted students, indigenous residents of the Transcarpathian region, who showed themselves in the preparation and implementation of entrepreneurial projects (the number of fellows can vary in a wide range, depending on the size of the targeted sponsorship of Transcarpathia from domestic and foreign entrepreneurs).
2. Assignments to the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship of the Open International University for Human Development "Ukraine" (Khust) named after Wasiliy Mikhailovich Kozak, as an extraordinary progressive think scientist who aspired to real international cooperation and the first rector of the Carpathian Enterprise Institute OIUHD "Ukraine".
3. Establishment in the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship of the Open International University for Human Development "Ukraine" a permanent exhibition (preferably in the museum of the institute) dedicated to the activities of Wasily Mikhailovich Kozak as the first rector of the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship OIUHD "Ukraine", duplicating its main stands in the museum of local lore . Khust and in the museum of the University of Ukraine (OIUHD) in Kiev. The real Ukrainian scientist and the organizer of the university tradition at Khustshin who beautifully and proudly left us in this difficult situation of modern Ukraine realized the plan of Augustin Voloshin, the President of the Carpathian Ukraine (1939), which is an unprecedented act of ascetic organizational and educational activity for the whole of Europe .

Therefore, it is not by chance that the chairman of the Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity (Spain, Ukraine, India, Canada, Serbia, Australia), Dr. Ernesto Garcia, decided to consider 2016 for all, together with the leadership of the Azov’s Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship (Ukraine) members of these organizations BY THE YEAR, WASIL MIKHAILOVICH KOZAK, the founder of the University tradition in Khustshchina, actively striving for real and fruitful international cooperation on the United Nations (UN).

We remember with great gratitude Wasily Mikhailovich, who managed to find the time and energy to carry out such a huge work for our young democracy. Namely, he managed to persuade an academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences in Ukraine, a doctor of commerce, econ. Sciences, art. Scientific staff. Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev to come to Khust and start teaching and research. He supported all the progressive initiatives of the Azov’s Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship and the Institute of Economic and Socio-Cultural Studies (assignee of the DESMC of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Donetsk Culture Foundation) to conduct fundamental research that reveals in practice the possibility of applying the LABOR PRESARVATION LAW and the Law of the indestructibility of Intellectual-Spiritual Labor . He really supported the participation of students and teachers of the University "Ukraine" in international projects under the auspices of the United Nations.

The active participation of students from the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship at the University of Ukraine in the UN program "The Garden for the Planet" in 2007-2008. actually activated the implementation of this program around the world (and this fact was recorded in the Internet space of our planet on the UN Web site), and most importantly - gave prospects for international cooperation for Khust. One thing that the students and teachers planned already in 2008 and the Izkivsky forestry of the Mezhgirdrestlisgospa branch in autumn to plant the seedlings in specially prepared areas with the involvement of students from Hungary, Germany, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, who will begin the active phase of the environmental program "Red Book of Cultures in Europe "(" And the Carpathians turn green, "University of Ukraine, Kiev, 2008), speaks of a global understanding of the situation and concrete steps to address the challenges of the survival of modern humanity by the rector of the Carpathians th Institute of Entrepreneurship at the University "Ukraine" Wasiliem Mihaylovichem Kozakom (!). Wasily Mikhailovich thought scrupulously and was not afraid to teach young people to modern thinking, showing examples of the materiality of thought, thereby introducing it into the intellectual and spiritual atmosphere of Europe. That is why he was awarded the Imperial Academic Medal "Metropolitan Gothia and Kafa, St. Ignatius" in 2007, than he was sincerely proud.

We will never forget Wasily Mikhailovich and his colleagues, and the students will continue his work. We all build an INDEPENDENT and Progressive Ukraine, which sincerely and fruitfully cooperates with the whole world!
