This man symbolizes a whole epoch by itself. Today the World remembers falling in the First and Second World wars jointly from zo which took part entire countries in those frightful wars. The leaders of the states of European Union do not make celebration of some victories out of these mention days. For them it is tragic errors humanities, which needs repentance of all of people, all of heirs of these frightful tragedies which our Civilization passed through. Especially, it showed up in 2009 year when the entire countries of Europe remembered the First and Second World wars, and leaders of France, England and Germany jointly with other states inclined heads and laid flowers on graves lost in Europe. It was passed by all of the informative ducting of television and we all felt sincerity of repentance of guidance of people of Europe for the imprudent administrative decisions of their predecessors, for violation of main Christian commandment - not to kill. But, that such understanding of role of man in the Worlds became the imperative of actions for modern guidance it is needed it was to understand the scales of tragedy and losses borne humanity . It is needed it was to remember all, who perished in these frightful wars. All it is known at the beginning of ХХІ age, that in some countries hid the facts of losses. It was in 1939, when began forces of evil the Second World War, and then and in 1940, and in 1941, and in 1942 But in those years a tragedy was only opened out and it skipper's daughter was on 1943-44, when released Ukraine from occupation. When to the army took away all of men, which were on the occupied territories which was not armed, and after almost at the same time it was sent instructing of politruka in a fight . Very much sets of weights times were for Ukrainians in those years, because after declension soldier's a medallion already nobody could answer upon request for to the real losses of manpower. Record - «disappeared obscurity» abandoned family of right on a pension and wretched privileges. So many people were lost by our country - long-suffering Ukraine, that complete history of the Second World War only begins to be written. And one of the first, who wrote the most ponder able pages it there was Victor Mikolaevich Puglo in Donbasi. This man went voluntarily on front in 16 years and with plenty of rewards sheathed the Second World Sword (By the orders of «Domestic war of a 1 degree» and «For a courage»; by medals - «For a courage», «For services» in a battle, «For defence of Fatherland», «For victory over Japan» but other.) . Clearly, that such patriot of native land could not live for thousands of kilometres from the countries and returned on Ukraine in 1961 from the Seashore edge already with a woman and babies and settled in Donetsk. In this town in 1987 year and this Large Ukrainian created public organization the Donetsk separation of Ukrainian Fund of culture which lasted to beginning of ХХІ century without regard to all of obstacles with the lease of apartment and other financial complications. And indeed, how without complications could there be organization which before itself put the aims of development of science and culture in Donbasi, but not receipt of incomes, from cultural and scientific measures, especially, in a period commercialization of all of spheres of activity in Donbasi ? Such personalities, as Victor Mikolaevich were on a way the opened and disguised grafters and smart dealers which operated on principle - «after me let there will be a flood». Initiatives of Victor Mikolaevicha, which became against their bezdukhovnosti in a fund created Bonuses of Known Donbasivciv, - S.Prokof’eva, V.Sosyuri, Arh. Kuindzhi, V. Shutova. Ten of personages in Donetsk, in the Donetsk area and in Ukraine got these differences. He founded scientific establishments, one of which exists already 20 years and is first from non-state establishments of East Europe which signed an agreement about a scientific collaboration with the countries of Latin America, the first took part in a number of international projects, in preparation of the Second Report in relation to «revolution of efficiency» to Roman Club (in 2001, Warsaw), founded Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity (Spain, India, Serbia, Canada, Ukraine, Australia; 12/11/2001) - is Institute of Economical and Socio-Cultural Researches named of Olga Wasilievoj-Catholic (legal successor Donetsk SMC of Academy of Sciences of Ukraine). Clearly, that it is the not unique scientific establishment - worked et al. But a main matter of life of Victor Mikolaevicha is a search of heroes of the Second World War, which he conducted under a slogan will «Remember all, will remember all of the names». Indeed, as a leader of organization Ukrainian unions of guard of monuments of history and culture (1975-87), he did so much, to set the unknown last names of heroes of Donbasu, that the known poets began to dedicate him the works, and Victor Mikolaevich gave out books and reference books on to the results of searches till about the last years of life («Memory about an exploit» but other). How many last names of Ukrainians from all of regions of Ukraine were known as defenders of Donbasu due to Victor Mikolaevichu are a separate large theme for the article. Setting a historical true Victor Mikolaevich united Ukraine these, showing that this earth on the East - Donbas was protected by all of Ukrainians - and easterly, and from South, and from Galichina and Lvov. We must all of these heroes with large honour worship for their heroic acts, for that they after for the sake of our future remove exactly dear on this earth, that had is life.

 

Knowingly, restoring memory of heroes Victor Mikolaevich, personally, was engaged in the revival of spirituality in Donbasi. He was one of leaders of project on the revival of Svyatogirsk's of Monastery on Sevrskomu Donci, which had such kind to beginning of restoration works, that only after restoration it is possible to show the pictures of those ruins. How many times and forces organizational work occupied on the revival of this Christian sacred object know only my folks and near Victor Mikolaevicha. Therefore grant of Svyatogirsk’s to Monastery of regulation of large Monastery, perceived V. M. Puglo with the personal gladness and as an estimation of quality of all of the executed works on the revival of the oldest in Europe Monastery’s complex, which was mortgaged yet the first Christians of Roman Empire, which sought salvation on its borders from pursuits in the first ages of Christianity.

As organically in the face of Victor Mikolaevicha Puglo labour united on the revival of the Christian sacred objects, maintenance of cultural properties and assistance scientific developments - with the maintenance of Memory about the heroic acts of the Ukrainian people in ХХ age.

 

Presently on November, 26 in 2009 to my folks that public of Donbasu will mark anniversaries from the day of departure in the best world of Victor Mikolaevicha Puglo (1927-2008). We all join in with feeling with Zinaidi to Feodor, to the wife of Victor Mikolaevicha, his sons and grandchildren, and also to all of relatives and near Victor Mikolaevicha. Our world does not forget such personalities and we all are proud of, that lived and worked next to such talented and sincere person which not only protected us all in years Second World War, and after conduced to understanding of the Spiritual values and to understanding of calling of Man on this Earth. World to Your Soul, Large Ukrainian, Victor Mikolaevich Puglo, we will not forget Your large Labour and all of that You for all of us had time to do. Ця людина собою символізує цілу епоху. Сьогодні Світ згадує полеглих у Першій і Другій Світових війнах спільно із зо всіма країнами які приймали участь у тих страшних війнах. Керівники держав Європейського Союзу не роблять із цих поминальних днів святкування якихось перемог. Для них це трагічні помилки людства, які потребують каяття всіх народів, всіх спадкоємців цих страшних трагедій через які пройшла наша Цивілізація. Особливо, це проявилось у 2009 році коли всі країни Європи згадували Першу і Другу Світові війни, а керівники Франції, Англії та Німеччини спільно із іншими державами схиляли голови і покладали квіти на могилах загиблих у Європі. Це передавали всі інформаційні канали телебачення і ми всі відчули щирість каяття керівництва народів Європи за необачні управлінські рішення їх попередників, за порушення головної християнської заповіді – не вбивати.

 

Але щоб таке розуміння ролі людини у Світи стало імперативом дій для сучасного керівництва треба було зрозуміти масштаби трагедії і понесених людством втрат. Треба було згадати всіх, хто загинув у цих страшних війнах. Всім на початку ХХІ століття відомо, що у деяких країнах приховували факти втрат. Це було і в 1939 р., коли розпочали сили зла Другу Світову Війну, а потім і в 1940 р., і в 1941 р., і в 1942 р. Але в ті роки трагедія тільки розгорталась і її сама висока хвиля припала на 1943-44 рр., коли звільняли Україну від окупації. Коли до армії забирали всіх чоловіків, які були на окупованих територіях, яких і не озброювали, а після інструктажу політрука майже в той же час посилали у бій … Дуже важки часи були для українців в ті роки, тому що після відміни солдатського медальйону вже ніхто не міг відповісти на запит по реальним втратам живої сили. Запис - «пропав безвісті» лишав родину права на пенсію і мізерні пільги. Так багато втратила людей наша країна - багатостраждальна Україна, що повна історія Другої Світової Війни тільки починає писатись.

 

 І одним із перших, хто написав найвагоміші сторінки її у Донбасі був Віктор Миколаєвич Пугло. Ця людина пішла добровільно на фронт у 16 років і з великою кількістю нагород закінчила Другу Світову Війну (Орденами «Вітчизняної війни 1 ступеня» та «За мужність»; медалями – «За відвагу», «За бойові заслуги», «За захист Вітчизни», «За перемогу над Японією» та ін..) . Зрозуміло, що такий патріот рідної землі не міг жити за тисячі кілометрів від свої країни і повернувся на Україну у 1961 р. з Приморського краю вже з жінкою і діточками та оселився у Донецьку.

 

В цьому місті у 1987 році і створив цей Великий Українець громадську організацію Донецьке відділення Українського Фонду культури, яка проіснувала до початку ХХІ сторіччя незважаючи на всі перешкоди із орендою приміщення та іншими фінансовими ускладненнями. А дійсно, як без ускладнень могла існувати організація, яка перед собою ставила цілі розвитку науки та культури у Донбасі, а не отримання прибутків від культурних та наукових заходів, особливо, у період комерціалізації всіх сфер діяльності в Донбасі ? Такі особистості, як Віктор Миколаєвич були на шляху відкритим та замаскованим хабарникам і ділкам, які діяли за принципом – «після мене хай буде потоп». Проти їх бездуховності стали ініціативи Віктора Миколаєвича, який у фонді створив Премії Знаних Донбасівців – С.Прокоф’єва, В.Сосюри, А. Куінджи, В. Шутова. Десятки видатних особистостей у Донецьку, в Донецькій області і в Україні отримали ці відзнаки. Він засновував і наукові установи, одна із яких існує вже 20 років і є першою із недержавних установ Східної Європи, яка підписала договір про наукову співпрацю із країнами Латинської Америки, перша прийняла участь у ряді міжнародних проектів, у підготовці Другої доповіді відносно «революції ефективності» Римському Клубу (2001 р., Варшава), заснувала Міжнародний Громадський Комітет Інтелектуального і Духовного Єднання (Іспанія, Індія, Сербія, Канада, Україна, Австралія) – це Інститут економіко-соціокультурних досліджень ім. Ольги Васильєвої-Католик (правонаступник Донецького НМЦ Академії наук України). Зрозуміло, що це не єдина наукова установа - працювали і інші.

 

Але головна справа життя Віктора Миколаєвича – це пошук героїв Другої Світової Війни, яку він провів під гаслом «Згадаємо всіх, згадаємо всі імена». Дійсно, як керівник організації Українського спілки охорони пам’ятників історії та культури (1975-87 рр.), він стільки зробив, щоб встановити невідомі прізвища героїв Донбасу, що знані поети стали присвячувати йому свої твори, а сам Віктор Миколаєвич видавав книги та довідники по результатам пошуків майже до останніх років життя («Пам'ять про подвиг» та ін.). Скільки прізвищ українців зі всіх регіонів України стали відомі як захисники Донбасу завдяки Віктору Миколаєвичу – це окрема велика тема для статті. Встановляючи історичну правду Віктор Миколаєвич цим об’єднував Україну, показуючи що цю землю на Сході – Донбас захищали всі українці – і зі Сходу, і з Півдня, і з Галичини і Львівщини. Всім цим героям ми повинні із великою пошаною вклонитись за їх героїчні вчинки, за те що вони за ради нашого майбутнього віддали саме дороге на цій землі, що мали – життя. Не даремно, вшановуючи пам'ять героїв Віктор Миколаєвич, особисто, займався відродженням духовності у Донбасі.

 

Він був один із керівників проекту по відродженню Святогірського Монастиря на Севрському Донці, який мав до початку реставраційних робіт такий вигляд, що тільки після реставрації можна показувати фотографії тих руїн. Скільки часу та сил займала організаційна робота по відродженню цієї Християнської святині знають тільки рідні та близькі Віктора Миколаєвича. Тому надання Святогірському Монастирю статуту Лаври, сприймав В. М. Пугло з особистою радістю і як оцінку якості всіх виконаних робіт по відродженню найстарішого у Європі Монастирського комплексу, який закладався ще першими християнами Римської Імперії, які шукали порятунку на її границях від переслідувань у перші століття Християнства.

 

Як органічно у особі Віктора Миколаєвича Пугло поєдналась праця по відродженню Християнських святинь, збереженню культурних надбань та сприяння науковим розробкам - із збереженням Пам’яті про героїчні вчинки українського народу у ХХ столітті. Зараз 26 листопада 2009 р. рідні та громадськість Донбасу будуть відзначати роковини із дня відходу у кращий світ Віктора Миколаєвича Пугло (1927-2008 рр.).

 

Ми всі приєднуємось до співчуття Зінаїді Федорівні, дружині Віктора Миколаєвича, його синам і онукам, а також всім родичам та близьким Віктора Миколаєвича. Таких особистостей наш світ не забуває і ми всі пишаємось, що жили і працювали поряд із такою талановитою і щирою людиною, яка нас всіх не тільки захистила у роки Другою Світової Війни, а після вела до розуміння Духовних цінностей і до розуміння покликання Людини на цій Землі.

 

Мир Твоїй Душі, Великий Українець, Віктор Миколаєвич Пугло, ми не забудемо Твоєї великої Праці і всього того, що Ти для всіх нас встиг зробити.
