We would like to draw your attention to the beginning of the practical implementation of the Research Plan of IESKI, JSC AENiPD and OEESI IVE for 2020-2025. with promising areas of research until 2030 - according to the information of the head of the Dnipro Representative Office of AzD AES&E, inventor-entrepreneur Peter Ivanovich Poddubny. The R&D plan began to be implemented at the state level (see Appendix). This suggests that our appeals and information materials posted on the Internet have been read and taken into account by the leadership of Ukraine.

The Presidium and members of the Academic Council of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship in Ukraine for the second half of 2020 have the following tasks:

1.Detailed to get acquainted with the R&D Plan for 2020-2025. with promising areas of research until 2030. IESCR, AzD AES&E and DEESR IEE, taking into account the recent adjustments on the topic "The development of a scientifically-based social and cultural environment in settlements with vicories new technologies of development ", subtopic" a ", STAGE XU" Neuro-linguistic program as a therapeutic opportunity for the rehabilitation of people with ample opportunities from a comfortable middle ground at the Academy of Sciences. "

2. Prepare for two significant dates for the scientists of AD AES&E: firstly, the 90th anniversary of the 15 August Cossack agronomist Pyotr Vasilyevich Pushko, an honorary member of the scientific council of the ESCR Institute, whose name has already been named the project prepared by IESCR and DEESR IEE for an EU grant on ecological agriculture (with the support of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine); secondly, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Head of the Lviv-Stanislavsky Representative Office of the Leontief ES&E Academy, winner of the 1973 Nobel Prize in Economics, director of the Institute of Eastern Europe, academician, professor, doctor of historical sciences, "Scientist of the Year 2019 of the Azov's Depart. ES&E  Academy" the department of "Ukrainian culture" Viktor Svyatoslavovich Idzio;

3. To inform professional economists of Ukraine about the beginning of the final stage of the creation of the Ukrainian Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship named Wasil Leontyef, in accordance with the recommendations of scientific and practical conferences and regional state administrations in Ukraine, inviting them to take an active part in this work necessary for young researchers, showing them respect for the MEMORY of the Nobel Prize Laureates in Economics who actively supported the reform in Eastern Europe.

We also consider it timely, based on the experience of the publishing house of the world's most prestigious reference books "Who's Who" (USA), to propose to all members of the Academic Council of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship in Ukraine to nominate two scientists for the HONORARY ACADEMIC TITLE OF SCIENTISTS of the first and second decades third millennium JAzov's Depart. Academy ES&E. This will allow us all to analyze in detail the contribution of our scientists to the reforming of Eastern Europe and draw the attention of the public and the country's leadership to the most promising proposals and initiatives.
