On November 12, 2017, 16 (sixteen) years of the official creation of our Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity will be the joint decision of the Azov’s Department  of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship and the Institute of Socio-Cultural Researchers named Olga Wladimirovna Wasilieva-Catholic (successor of DESMC of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine). And as usual, we want to sum up the main results of our civic activity over the past time, but not for all sixteen years (everyone who wants to know more can see our appeal in November 2016), but only for the last very difficult and busy year.

The year of active comprehension of geopolitical errors and not only mistakes made in Eastern Europe ... unfortunately was for us connected with the most active work to preserve that intellectual and spiritual capital, to which the members of our Civic International Committee were involved. We really want to believe that we have succeeded, but only time will give a final assessment of all our actions and initiatives. The only thing that does not cause doubts and is perceived, we hope, unequivocally, is that all of them were sincere and did not pursue commercial, conjunctural goals.

Probably the most significant of our initiatives, not only in 2017, but also for the entire existence of our organization, was the proposal to hold the First World Congress of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity, as the beginning of the Big DAVOS, in New York, to invite not only scientific and intellectual and spiritual elite of the World, but also the top management of transnational corporations and international organizations that will be able to listen to all the most important reports and reports of academic and corporate science, as performances intellectual and spiritual leaders, asking them appropriate questions during the debate * to assess the prospects of a proposal, a particular initiative. But to complete the discussion of all the ideas and initiatives put forward, the leading world economic leaders will already implement in Davos, other words - The First World Congress of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity in New York will be considered as the first stage of the Great Davos (!).

We tried to convey our idea to the leadership of the United Nations (UN), to President of the United States Donald Trump and his administration, to the President and Parliament of the European Union and to the leadership of all countries interested in building confidence and peace in the 21st century.

And we believed and believe that from the methodological and practical point of view it will be the RIGHT organization of search for stabilization programs and projects in the global World Economy with the development of a whole cluster of indicative development programs for both national economies and international state associations. In fact, at the second stage of Greater Davos, the leaders of the world economy will move away from generalizations and the search for patterns of development at the level of regions and the entire world economy to search for and maximize the use of laws and strengths in the development of national economies with a target of reaching the forecast indicators of the global economic development. In reality, the President of the Azov’s Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship, the academician of the Russian Academy of Economic Researchers, the academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine and the Academician of the New York Academy of Sciences, a member of the International Biographical Center in Cambridge, a member of the Department of Advisers of the American Biographical Institute, author of the LAW OF LABOR PRESERVATION, Doctor of Commerce, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Ph.D., Professor of the University "Ukraine" Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev, when he proposed the formulation and his understanding of the Law of Conservation of Labor, when instead of searching for new unaccounted variables for generalizing regularities, he went on to take into account the huge variety of really existing life cycles of goods and services in the world economy (global informatization and computer technologies allow it today), which actually allowed to objectively evaluate the innovative component of that or other creative proposal, invention, innovation (!!!).

However, it is difficult to talk about solving global problems of the world economy, when the government of the country, a former member of the G8, having forgotten about all undertaken obligations and positively oriented plans, decided to work in a frankly destructive regime ... It is clear that even the discussion of our proposal is delayed ..., great regret.

The second significant initiative was to reward the posthumous Christian World Ignacio Echeverria (IGNACIO ECHEVERRÍA) from Spain for a real feat in the name of saving human life from nonhumans in London, which today act as terrorists. This is of exceptional importance.

The fact is that IGNACIO ECHEVERRÍA actually carried out the feat of Christ, but only without the complicated procedure of condemnation by Pilate and the subsequent crucifixion. It is contrary to all recommendations in relation to the actions of terrorists (it is necessary to hide, become invisible, lie down on the ground and pretend to be killed, etc.) during the terrorist act - unintelligently rushed to the aid of the MAN (to the woman, that makes his feat even more attractive and worthy not only respect and memory, but also imitation). In fact, he rebelled against our modern attitude towards terrorists in critical situations (against our pharisaism and introduced into the rule of selfishness !!!). This is so IMPORTANT and necessary for the whole CHRISTIAN WORLD, which made it necessary to change our rules for awarding the Highest Intellectual and Spiritual Award for our organization - the Medal of Metropolitan Gothia and Kafa, Saint Ignatius, which, in this case, aims to support all followers of IGNACIO ECHEVERRÍA. And actually make a FEAT, committed by a real Christian for the sake of all our Civilization, worthy of imitation and pride for all the relatives and friends of IGNACIO ECHEVERRÍA, making them a part of this LARGE Christian WAVE against terror !!

In general, it is very significant that the Spaniard turned out to be the person who makes us all wake up from our own selfishness - we feel the depth of culture and real civilizational responsibility, which the Great Spanish People preserved in their souls. Equally symbolic is the fact that all events took place in London, the industrial capital of the world in the nineteenth century.

Namely, this approach allows us to take a fresh look at all the events in Catalonia (Spain) and in Donbass (Ukraine), putting on the agenda the development of modern methodological tools for leading the World Economy.

The solution of this global civilization problem is our Third, in our opinion, significant initiative.

Here are actually the three most significant actions on which the main efforts of the Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity were concentrated in 2017.

Undoubtedly, they positively influenced the emerging situation in the intellectual and spiritual sphere. Moreover, we constantly strive to draw attention to the enormous work that the Higher Forces accomplished to create such a complex and interesting World in which we all live and realize our plans. We are also constantly striving to implement our own spiritual building programs (participation in 2009 in the canonization of the Five Outstanding Christians in the Vatican in St. Peter's Cathedral, participation in 2011 in Beatification of John Paul II in the Vatican in Rome, prayers in the Christian Temples of Donbass for the owners of Nominal Medal of the CIC and AD AESiE "Metropolitan Gothia and Kafa, Sent Ignatius," for the cessation of bloodshed in Syria, in the Donbass, Catalonia, etc.), which organically complements all of our public activities for the realization of the Great Call, which in seven languages ​​- English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and Chinese, actively distributed by the Lucis Trust (a non-profit, tax-exempt, educational corporation), from 2004 to the present, opens to the users of the World Wide Web an electronic journal of the Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity ( www.cic-wsc.org  ).
