When millions in the East are stubbornly waiting, spiritually developed individuals in Europe are trying to help those minor changes in the consciousness of a small, but still existing group of professionals in the post-Soviet space. And let them understand the purpose of the existence of our common civilization, and most importantly, help them find themselves in WORK to achieve this goal.

Namely, one of such caring professionals in Europe is Dr. Ernesto Garcia, who was born on August 23, 1946 in the family of Castro Garcia Dominguez (his mother is Josefa García de Riwas) in Cologudo (Guadalajara province). By the way, the most scientifically productive work of the Civil International Committee (organization of the First and Second stages of the Forum-2005) was during our teaching at the Odessa National University named after I.I. Mechnikov and in the Odessa branch of the University "Ukraine". And Khadzhibey liberated (later called the city Odessa) and the first governor of the city was a Spanish aristocrat in the service of Russia Joseph De Ribas, who signed "De Riwas" (!). Looks like a coincidence ... but beautiful and very binding ...

Ernesto studied hard and received his BA from the College of the Sacred Family of Sigenza (Guadalajara) in 1963. And later everything was related to medicine: a licensee degree from the Faculty of Medicine in Zaragoza in 1970; National School of Health Diploma in 1975; Doctor of Medicine at the Faculty of Zaragoza in 1991; work as a backup in the sanitary unit of the city of José Antonio and in the ambulance of Guadalajara, as well as in the provincial hospital, supervising the medical rehabilitation service at the Miguel Server University Hospital in Zaragoza (since 2004). But what a restless nature this talented doctor has, who constantly takes part in scientific conferences and meetings (!).

From 1991 to 1994, he voluntarily (overstaffed) fulfills the duties of the head of the Rehabilitation Service for Higher Nervous Activity ASPACE-ARAGON, then from 2001 to 2004 he runs the Rehabilitation Social Center, and from January 2003 to 2005 also coordinates the Social Quality Progress group of the Rehabilitation Unit of the Miguel Server University Hospital, etc. The most humane profession and the work of supervising the coordination of medical care instilled in Dr. Ernesto Garcia a desire to positively influence the general situation in Spain, spreading positiveness to the world as a whole. Therefore, he begins to cooperate with non-governmental organizations in Geneva. Together with them, he wants to look for real ways of solving problems in his country and for cooperation between peoples (establishing ties with the Citizens of the World; with those who consider themselves to be such and have a reason for this).

Therefore, it was no coincidence that the exchange of those sincere and deep letters of Dr. Ernesto Garcia and Doctor of Commerce, Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev was not accidental, when Valery Alexandrovich, as chairman, invited Dr. Ernesto Garcia to be the First Vice-Chairman of the Civil International Committee, and the latter agreed with gratitude ...

As you can see, all such stocks have a fairly serious foundation, the real depth of which we will not know immediately. And we often thank fate for finding out at all. Therefore, I will fight with everyone who will proclaim the superiority of one custom over other customs, one people over other people, one race over other races, one thought over other thoughts.
