Real steps to integration of the East and the West
 
     All took a place not so as considered from beginning. Those, who was «annoying friends» did not make time on writing of short answer, and those who was with an independent idea and with whom supported heat, but not very much close relations, appeared most humane (herein there is some conformity to the law). Their letters and gave us forces to execute all of our projects in relation to preparation of this first series of reports-units about the prominent economists of Europe.
   Such reports-units which prepare for exhibitions indeed necessary. They give very objective imagination about time a research worker lived in which and worked. They give us all the look to our actions from the side of the interested and working creative man. We become more clever and prepotent due to collation of clock of morality at development of events which touch humanity on the whole, which touch the people of East Europe, which touch the citizens of Ukraine, which touch the collective of that establishment where work, which touch, personally, you. While yet trip in time not became the usual phenomenon, but that is why other way for the conscious deep analysis of processes which take a place round you and, which you take part in, does not have.
   A writer and painter Pavel Bessonov marked –«Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev, on my, behaved to the type of people all of force his, all of capabilities of givings to society, independent of policy of the state, firmly knowing, that his business is right. His unselfish service humanity in blessing Civilizations gives him a right to remain in History by Timber-toe capital letter...Task of publishing group to reflect these lines of activity of Valery Alexandrovicha Vasiljev.»
   Dr Valery Vasiljev always with gratitude remembered studies in Odessa Institute, especially, method of practical studies - about that as taught engineers - mechanics in practice. Namely - on three years gave out a task to do tiski. To do all, beginning from a model, to shape and melting of cast-iron and to to malleable «sponges”, cuttings of screws and others like that. It is needed it was fully to do everything personally on machine-tools, on machine-tools, in melt’s stoves - all, to get a test. So yet taught in 50th in the USSR. That from it presently remained better not to remember. But direction was clear to each after this story of the already known research worker and teacher which was become by Dr Valery Vasiljev to 1986 yr.
  Therefore in 80th ХХ st., as well as in 50, chief of economic department of the Zhdanovskoy branch of «Ukrgipromezu», c.econ.s., Dr Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev already recommended for the management of rental cutting out to use electronic calculable machine, centralizing this labour. It could give on a national economy at the increase of coefficient of the use of sheet rental from 0,35-0,55 to 0,55-0,75 economy of capital investments at the level of a 1 milliard 347,8 millions rubls, and also de bene esse to free to 14500 people (!).    In general, people remember good, if it is not interfered with them to do it. The prime example of this thankful memory is a relation of Sergey Nickolaevich Gricun. He is presently already 52 years, and began to co-operate with Valery Alexandrovich Vasiljev as early as 1994. He on a question to reminisce cases from life of Valery Vasiljev on conferences and meetings answered: «Compelled to write the scientific articles and take part in conferences. On one I visited and took part in city Kharkov, and the results of developments on «Prodmashe» were published. Presumably it is the most necessary compulsion. But for us all other is no less important, namely that labour of Dr Valery Vasiljev did not pass to no purpose and Sergey did not leave science. And take, please, example with Alex Tolstov, graduate student of the Priazov’s State Technical University. Specially for providing defence of his dissertation Dr Valery Vasiljev departed in a business trip to Moscow in Russian Academy of Government service of Russian Federation in 1999 yr and there met with the first pro-rector of prof., Dr.econ. V.I.Kushlin. Co-ordinated all of questions with him, wrote an appeal which Valery Ivanovich Kushlin signed, and Mr. Demidov gave out Order for RAGS, opening green light a young research worker.
    And which indeed interesting and professional tasks on course projects were developed by Dr Valery Vasiljev for students in the Priazov’s State Technical University (!). Therefore to him Protoierey Mikolay Markovskiy wished «Many Years» on 75-th years, and students undertook steps in development.
    But not only Valery Alexandrovich worked in Mariupol and Donetsk. He had time to do very much and for the city of the youth - for Odessa. After recommendation of Dr Valery Vasiljev the accountable for scientific labour of IIafterDE placed on the official site of the Odessa national university named I.I. Mechnikova row of reports which did students ONU named I.I. Mechnikova on a seminar «Geopolitical transformation of East Europe and prospect of development of high-tech» (17.04.2005), and also after the order of Dr Valery Vasiljev they were placed also and on the site of Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity (www.cic-wsc.org ), which gave the young researchers of Certificate (acts of approbation) over the signature of Dr Valery Vasiljev, as President-Chairman of the Azov’s Department of Academy ES&E, and also secretary of Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity, research worker of Institute ESCR.
     Indeed, such students with which the Azov’s Department of Academy ES&E worked in Odessa in 2005, the members of Department did not meet yet. They then on indeed democratic principles created the union «Odessa-Europe» at RNONU and accepted such Regulation-Declaration «That unites us», about what will proudly remember. And indeed, as possible to forget it: «We, students of Institute of Innovative and afterdiploma formation of the Odessa national university named of I.I. Mechnikova support all of basic documents accepted High Rada of Ukraine on education and science and sincerely wish to help Ukraine to be integrated in the European structures.
   1.We are united by sincere aspiration to get to know anymore from history of our native edge and Europe, to set the close personal copulas with students, scientists and teachers of the European universities.
   2.We are united by a desire to help the mutual understanding between students in the entire countries of the world, but especially, between the young people of Europe.
   3.We are united by a desire to conduct general researches, meetings and conferences with the young researchers of all of universities and college, what not indifferent to the future of our general civilization and want it to save.
  4.We consider that solidarity of young people of different countries of the world will overcome international wars in the future (let partly).
Odessa - National university - 2005»
    So the Azov’s (Ukrainian) Deparatment of Academy ES&E worked in Odessa in 2005-2006. In the same years it was succeeded to create and Lvov Representative Office named of W.W. Leontjef of the Azov’s (Ukrainian) Department of Academy ES&E. All of journeys to Lvov and distributions of information about public measures which the members of scientific advice of AD AES&E took part in found a reflection in a report - suggestions (Document of 359 www.cic-wsc.org) of «Missiya of Christiania-citizen in creation of Ukrainian State». Due to Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity it was succeeded to promulgate our position in relation to events which took a place in after war-times in Western Ukraine (pointed indeed the interesting personal information for to provocations of NKVD), and also our is impartial look to the mission of Christiania -citizen in creation of the Ukrainian State to which already no less than 2400 years to the state system and no less than 1665 years (at 2010 there will be 1669 years) official Christianization.
    Indisputably - the most unifying force scientific labour was and remains. Exactly it and Dr Valery Vasiljev meant, when insisted on a lead through in the Internet of Forum-2007. Only on this way it is possible to ground and row of the names of Large Ukrainians, and also 2400 years to the state system of Ukraine/Get'manschini.
   Almost all of scientific initiatives are Commissions of European Union, about which became it is known Dr Valery Vasiljev, almost always supported them. And why ? And because more than Dr Valery Vasiljev to realization of the real integration with European Union presumably not whoever aimed of research workers.
   Therefore at scientific conference in Kishinev in 1997, which was conducted by Commission of EU, Dr Valery Vasiljev found two research workers - from Italy, prof. Bruno Dallago and from France, prof. Mishelya Odosse, which gave a consent to implementation of general project. A project was a very scale certainly, but that it was submitted for a review and examined already was and interestingly and it is needed for a collaboration, because all of it was initiator subsequent development of economic clear-zones and territories of priority development. And a collaboration with Association of economists of Cuba indeed was directionally on alteration of reliable and long-term relations. All of sixth section of condition was establishment of priority of domestic science for to the whole sections. And in 1999 yr the embassy of Republic of Cuba wished to see Dr Valery Vasiljev on the Second International Meeting of Economists in 24-29.01.2000 in Havana and «notarized in the high respect».
     And indeed, however to respect a man which on a next day after celebration of Birthday President of Academy of economic sciences of Ukraine Nick Grigorovicha Chumachenko rides to Warsaw meets with research workers (p.Dobrochinsky, p. Winglensky, p.Kaminsky, p.Siatkovsky) and does in the first arrival to Poland suggestion on creation of Club of members of New York Academy of Sciences of Central Europe.
    International Biographic Centers and Institutes did everything from them dependent, to support young researchers which was marked by Dr Valery Vasiljev. Yes, for example, they assisted the young people of Odessa to become known in the World, because after placing of reports in the Internet Web-Page Dr Valery Vasiljev recommended these young people to the international biographic centers, as perspective in the future research workers. The last sent invitation !
   But most, that staggered professors and associate professors ONU named of I.I. Mechnikova so it is a difference which was got by professor O.A. Turkish, member of Presidium of the Azov’s (Ukrainian) Department of Academy ES&E, that suggestion to get World Medal of Freedom Ivan Goncharov from American Biographic Institute, after recommendation of Dr Valery Vasiljev.
    The very saturated labour was activity and Civil International Committee of Intellectual and Spiritual Unity in 2005-2006, which supported in every waythe young people of Odessa and not only YU of RNONU «Odessa-Europe», writers, poets, but also talented workers of museum of Filatova - information about their labour was placed on an international site (www.cic-wsc.org ). And if in 2004 there were about 60 documents on this site, in 2006 this documents was more than 240 (!).
    Will mark and collaboration of Dr Valery Vasiljev with New York Academy of Sciences, which he carried out in 2001-2003 with a purpose to heave up scientific status of young researchers in Russian Federation from Taganrogskogo of institute of management and economy (TIUE) of Roman Poyarkov and Vadim Donchenko. They almost developed Internet-page of studies – game confederation «Azov’s Euro-region» (almost six student groups took part during two semesters).
    On it a diploma was done mrs. Pushkarskoy (protected on fine in 20.06.2002r.). To this direction students made 10 scientific reports and in TIUE (Taganrog), and four at Rostov-on-Don at between-university science-practical conference. Also they were interesting a collaboration with New York Academy of Sciences, that is why it was concordantly with New York Academy of Sciences sum of payments from the side of students (it made for $35 from the face of student, while from a teacher -$115). In an order to carry out this count was to Warsaw the chairman of scientific advice of Institute of economical-socio-cultural researches (legal successor DESMC Academies of sciences of Ukraine), which had a currency account in Polish Bank of PEKAO SA, is sent (opened in a period internship in 2000-2001 in Poland in 29.12.2000).
    And this sum in $70 was transferred 21.11.2002 yr in the USA on the account of New York Academy of Sciences. It enabled to get the diplomas of actual members Vadim Donchenko and Roman Poyarkov, which in a solemn situation were them handed President-Chairman of the Azov’s (Ukrainian) Department of Academy ES&E, Dr Valery Vasiljev in Mariupol in 2003 on May, 30 at international scientific conference.
    But we consider that main - it that Bulletin № 9 AD AES&E, IESCR, CIC A&SU presently is in Library of Congress of the USA with the reports of these young members of New York Academy of Sciences. About it we knew from the letter of Andrey Khenleya, specialist of Library of Congress of the USA in 2005 yr in Odessa.
    Due to the grant of status of actual members New York Academy of Sciences Mr Roman Poyarkov and Mr Vadim Donchenko succeeded up-to-date to fix scientific priority, cand.techn.s., pre-doctor of PGTU George Wasilievichu Belousov.
   Report of George Wasilievich at science-practical conference «Law of Preservation of labour - basis of future successes of Ukraine, Russia and Poland» in presence four members of New York Academy of Sciences was perceived with the personal interest and in Ukraine, and in Europe.
    Almost in a that day about this appearance it was known in International Biographic Center in Cambridge, the specialists of which not only gave to George Wasilievichu status of prof. MBC in Cambridge, but also sent him all of forms for included in Biographic reference Book «2000 Outstanding Intellectual Persons 21st.».
    It is important for science and for personality of prominent scientist of prof. MBC in Cambridge, cand.techn.s. Yu.W.Belousova, or not ? Usually it is very important and we are thankful guidance of New York Academy of Sciences and MBC in Cambridge for timely support !
It is the real steps to integration of the East and the West.
