September 11 Anniversary

September 11 is a date seared into the minds of all of us at the U.S. Department of State and of citizens across America.  Together, we honor the memory of the men, women, and children murdered in 2001.  And we will never forget those who died three years ago in Libya: Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty, and Tyrone Woods.  Each was a brave and dedicated professional; each was deeply committed to service on our country’s behalf; and each sought nothing more nor less than to help people overseas to live in freedom, dignity, and peace.  Their example remains before us and – on this sad anniversary – our thoughts and prayers are with their families.

This week also marks the opening to the public of the Flight 93 National Memorial in Somerset, Pennsylvania.  The selfless heroism of the passengers on that flight saved many lives and serves as a permanent inspiration never to accept evil or to allow those driven by hate to achieve their goals.

For that reason, there is no better day than September 11 to continue fulfilling our responsibilities in the home, workplace, classroom, and community.  There is also no better time to move ahead with the business of American diplomacy – the unrelenting pursuit of peace, prosperity, human rights, and security in all its dimensions.  Friends and adversaries alike should understand: the United States will never be intimidated by terrorists.  Terrorists can cause tremendous suffering, but they can neither weaken our determination nor sway us from our purpose.   For Americans at home and overseas, shared tragedy brings us together, adds to our vigilance, and strengthens our resolve not only on September 11, but every day of the year.

Четырнадцать лет прошло со Дня ТРАГЕДИИ в Нью-Йорке, когда рухнули «Два Близнеца» - Всемирного Торгового Центра, возвестив Мир о начале новых, очень неспокойных времен для жителей планеты Земля. Для всех, кто хоть раз побывал на смотровой площадке этого Центра, его разрушение особенно ранит Душу. Целым поколениям молодых уже никогда не удастся увидеть Нью-Йорк, именно, с этой высоты уникальной инженерной конструкции, созданной гением инженеров Америки.

События  на Востоке Украины и в Сирии, как-то отодвигают в сознании большинства Память о широкомасштабной ТРАГЕДИИ в США  11 сентября 2001 года. Но никакие события не смогут стереть Память об этом поворотном событии в истории нашей цивилизации. Именно, ПОВОРОТНОМ  СОБЫТИИ в Истории современной ЦИВИЛИЗАЦИИ, потому что то чувство ответственности за будущее Человечества после крушения символов покоя и благополучия пронизало души  сердца миллионов людей на Земле.

Это глубокое и объединяющее чувство коснулось и нас – в Европе, в Азии, в Австралии и в Америке. Оно прошло через сердца миллионов граждан США и многократно усилившись вернулось к нам, поставив перед нами задачу немедленно создать организацию по подготовке Мирового Общественного Мнения к проведению Первого Всемирного Конгресса Духовного Единения в Нью-Йорке. Этот порыв с годами не только не угас, но и приобрел созидающую силу, активизировав всю нашу жизнь в науке и культуре.

Сколько инициатив и предложений удалось нам сделать за эти 14 лет ! Сколько написать обращений и писем ! Как много каждому из нас, членам Гражданского международного Комитета Интеллектуального и Духовного Единения, посчастливилось понять в окружающем нас Мире и в себе, став чуточку мудрее и более искренними в отношениях к людям !

Но, если на Земле продолжается широкомасштабное насилие и миллионы людей вынуждены скитаться, ища спокойствия и мира, то всё что нам удавалось и удаётся делать явно недостаточно. Необходимо искать новые форматы активности в созидании и творчестве, в строительстве только нам присущих интеллектуальных конструкций БУДУЩЕГО  МИРА. Мы далеки от мысли, что это единственное позитивное решение в сложившихся условиях, но то, что это одно из таких решений – мы уверены.

Последние годы и даже месяцы перед общественностью средства массовой информации открывают целые пласты неизвестных ранее исторических знаний, разрушающих устоявшиеся стереотипы, и зовущих людей в неизведанные области познания и осмысления реалий окружающего мира. На этом пути Человечество сделало исключительно много. Нет на земле разумного человека, кто не знает о посадке высокотехнологичного аппарата на Астероид, кто не знает об «Андроновом Коллайдере» в Европе, кто не слышал о возобновляемых источниках энергии и успехах по их промышленному освоению, кто не знал бы об успехах нанотехнологий и биотехнологий, кто не поддерживал бы Президента США Барака Обаму в его образовательных проектах и миротворческих инициативах. Но очень мало пока людей, которые реально ощутили ответственность за Будущее ВСЕГО  Человечества.

Именно, расширению этой общности ответственных Граждан Земли и посвящены проекты по реинжинирингу высоких технологий ПРОШЛОГО. К их осуществлению необходимо привлечь широкие массы  студенчества и специалистов всех уровней в их свободное время, когда туризм приобретёт научный характер и явится основой сотен и тысяч научных дискуссий и семинаров. As much each of us, to the members of Civil international Committee Intellectual and Spiritual Unity, gave happiness to understand in encircling us World and in itself having become little wisdow and more sincere in relations to people!

But, if on Earth continues large-scale violence and millions people have to roam searching tranquillity and world that all what to us managed and manages to make obviously inadequate. Is  necessary to search the new formats of activity in creation and art, in constructing only to us of присущих the intellectual constructions OF WILLING WORLD.
