With Valentin Karlovich, we spent an entire era of observing moral norms in scientific discussions in Eastern Europe.

I would like to write a typical sympathy condolence, to give you, dear Internet users, to feel the scale of the personality and the exceptional complexity of the environment in which this competent lawyer and authoritative scholar of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine worked.

I had to work with Valentin Karlovich from December 1991 to October 1998 at the Institute of the Economics of Industry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and at the Institute of Economic and Legal Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine - only seven years, but what are tense and interesting in creative and organizational terms !!.

During this time, we in Mariupol managed not only to carry out research on the creation of a regional socio-ecological and economic model, adapting the Meadows method, but also to participate in the formation of the Mariupol commodity exchange (Deinega), the documentation for which was developed by the academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine , Doctor of Economics Valentin Viktorovich Finagin (at that time still the head of the department at the Institute for Nuclear Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine), also managed to conduct a number of promising studies at enterprises and organizations of Mariupol and develop several pockets of documents for creating Free Economic Zones on them. .

But main - are have been developed principles ethnic-socio stratification and the basises of ethnic-socioforecasting and we send on developing of the model of socio-ecology-economic development for Mariupolskogo Region. All that allowed to us valid to make offerings and to to mine the block of deeds for creation Azov's Evroregiona.

All this work was carried out with the "blessing" of Valentin Karlovich (!). And this is the truth that not everyone knows. Because most of the employees knew Valentin Kalovich as a strict and exacting leader, and as a learned wife of senior nomenclature workers of Donetsk, of course, they did not know this very well-informed scientist who was worried for the interests of the state.

But in fact he actually had no chance to share his thoughts, by and large, there was no one with whom ... unfortunately. Who worked in those years in science understand me ... There were few thinking people, especially, far from capitals. Therefore, it was so sincere and meaningful to meet with my then director, but as a conversation between two people who were looking for answers to the complex questions of modernity of researchers.

And we succeeded in finding a common point of "countdown" in the difficult time for Eastern Europe. We well understood that we live in a period of acute shortage of scientific cadres and are forced to consider the employees of those who have yet to be taught to work in science ...

Therefore, they did not hesitate for a long time, but practically within a matter of days decided to "strengthen" the sector of socio-economic problems of port and industrial cities at the expense of "production workers, namely, the lawyer of the Azov Shipping Company and the chairman of the trade union committee of the floating crew.

This gave us the opportunity to reach the level of the work of the independent branch of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Mariupol, which was decided for several years to be called the Mariupol branch of the IELR  NAS of Ukraine.

It is end-use, this everything assumed corresponding organizational pattern, name, was created the crowd of the scientist of the council OF IELR NAN Ukraine in Mariupol. Is  conducted of two economic forum in 1995 year, are  discussed the row of theses on the honorary title of the phd in of commerce and athers.

In 2017, Christians celebrated the Five Hundred (500) years of the Reformation, and in 2018 it is possible to celebrate by the Universal Church and 1677 years the main idea of the REFORMATION - Only the BIBLE

We even introduced an evangelist to the academic academic council in Mariupol. This is not allowed in the territory of Eastern Europe (!). As no one had allowed himself to be positive about Metropolitan Gothia and Kafa, St. Ignatius, and Valentin Karlovich and I very well understood the significance of this unordinary personality for the whole of Eastern Ukraine (!!).

Therefore, when the role of the Mariupol region and its economists in the civilizational processes in all Eastern Europe was widely discussed in the framework of the economic forums in 1995, Valentin Karlovich, in the presence of the Mayor of Mariupol, told me fatherly that it was too early for me to refer to the scientists of his age. And then he sincerely promised all scientists of Mariupol support of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

But a constant positive is only in novels, but in life everything is much more complicated. And this complexity is deliberately created mainly by intriguers, who at any cost try to stay in the leading seats. We did not manage these intrigues and our relations with the academician. Very dishonest people managed to initiate a conflict, the basis of which was......attitude to the economic code ...

Twenty years have passed since this fundamental dispute and, frankly speaking, I can not say that we were right in Mariupol at that time, as Valentin Karlovich would probably not have said today in relation to the position of the scientists of Donetsk ... More importantly, namely, how we met with Valentin Karlovich met at the building of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2011 and we did not have the slightest desire to remember the past dispute, but sincerely wished each other success ...

Probably, such a result after conflict confrontation in science, and not only in science, is practically unique. And he speaks more about the potential that the full member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine spent his entire life around associates, colleagues, students; and of course, to the legal science of Ukraine and the whole of Eastern Europe.

Why is it important to write these lines? And because there are today "wise men" who want to cross off all the positive things that the leaders of science in the Donbas have done in the last few decades, by several not very beautiful facts. And most importantly, they want to make those who already can not answer them are guilty of all the real troubles ... I just want to say to them: "Why are you bold now, when a man left us, and why did you keep silent?"

But moral problems are probably eternal ... And only by raising the level of culture can we gradually achieve success. Namely, the last one was aimed at the efforts of Valentin Karlovich in recent years. And we will all be grateful to the academician for this!

Мне хочется написать не типовое лишенное искренности соболезнование, а дать Вам, уважаемые Интернет-пользователи, ощутить масштаб личности и исключительную сложность окружающей обстановки, в которой работал этот грамотный юрист и авторитетны учёный Национальной Академии наук Украины.

Мне пришлось поработать с Валентином Карловичем в период с декабря 1991 года по октябрь 1998 год в Институте экономики промышленности НАН Украины и в Институте экономико-правовых исследований НАН Украины - всего семь лет, но каких напряженных и интересных в творческом и организационном плане !!.

За это время нам в Мариуполе удалось не только провести исследования по созданию региональной социально-эколого-экономической модели, адаптировав методику Медоуза, но и принять участие в становление работы Мариупольской товарной биржи (дир. Дейнега), документацию для которой разработал академик Академии экономических наук Украины, д.э.н. Валентин Викторович Финагин (в то время ещё зав. отделом в ИЭП НАН Украины), также удалось провести ряд перспективных исследований на предприятиях и в организациях Мариуполя и разработать несколько пакетов документов для создания на них Свободных экономических зон.

Но самое главное - были разработаны принципы этно-социально стратификации и основы этно-социального прогнозирования и мы вышли на разработку модели социально-эколого-экономического развития для Мариупольского Региона. Всё это позволило нам обоснованно сделать предложения и начать разрабатывать пакет документов для создания Азовского Еврорегиона.

Вся эта работа проводилась с "благословения" Валентина Карловича (!). И это та правда, которую далеко не все знают. Потому что большинство сотрудников знали Валентина Карловича, как строгого и требовательного руководителя, а как учёного жёны высокопоставленных номенклатурных работников Донецка, конечно, не знали этого очень информированного болеющего за интересы государства учёного.

А ведь ему фактически и поделиться своими мыслями, по большому счёту, было не с кем ... к сожалению. Кто работал в те годы в науке меня понимают ... Мало было думающих людей, особенно, в далеке от столиц. Поэтому настолько искренними и содержательными были те несколько встреч с моим тогда директором, но проходивших как беседа двух ищущих ответы на сложные вопросы современности исследователей.

И нам на многое удавалось в то непростое для Восточной Европы время найти общую позицию и точку "отсчёта". Мы хорошо понимали, что живём в период острого дефицита научных кадров и вынуждены считать научными сотрудниками тех, кого еще предстоит научить работать в науке ...

Поэтому не долго колебались, а практически за считанные дни приняли решение "укрепить" сектор социально-экономических проблем портово-промышленных городов за счет "производственников", а именно, юриста Азовского морского пароходства и председателя профкома плавсостава.

Это дало нам возможность выйти на уровень работы самостоятельного отделения НАН Украины в Мариуполе, которое решили несколько ближайших лет именовать Мариупольским отделением ИЭПИ НАН Украины.

Конечно, это всё приняло соответствующую организационную структуру, а именно, была создана секция учёного совета ИЭПИ НАН Украины в Мариуполе. проведено два экономических форума в 1995 году, обсуждены ряд диссертаций на почётное звание доктора коммерции и т.п.

Мы даже в академический ученой совет в Мариуполе  ввели проповедника. Этого никто на территории Восточной Европы себе не позволял (!). Как никто себе не позволял позитивно относиться к Митрополиту Готии и Кафы, Святому Игнатию, а мы с Валентином Карловичем очень хорошо понимали значение этой неординарной личности для всей Восточной Украины (!!).

Поэтому, когда в рамках экономических форумов в  1995 году  широко обсуждалась роль Мариупольского региона и его экономистов в цивилизационных процессах во все Восточной Европе, Валентин Карлович в присутствии мэра Мариуполя по отечески говорил мне, что рановато мне себя относить к учёным его возраста. И тогда он искренне обещал всем учёным Мариуполя поддержку Национально Академии наук Украины.

Но постоянный позитив бывает только в романах, а в жизни всё намного сложнее. И эту сложность сознательно создают преимущественно интриганы, которые любой ценой стремятся удержаться в руководящих креслах. Не обошли эти интриги и наших отношений с академиком. И базой этого конфликта явилось отношение к хозяйственному кодексу ...

Прошло уже 20 лет после этого принципиального спора и, честно говоря, не могу сказать что мы в Мариуполе были тогда во всём правы, как, вероятно, не сказал бы этого сегодня и Валентин Карлович по отношению к позиции учёных Донецка ... Важнее другое, а именно, как мы с Валентином Карловичем   встретились у здания Национальной Академии наук Украины в 2011 году  и у нас не возникло ни малейшего желания вспоминать минувший спор, а искренне пожелали друг другу успехов ... 

Вероятно, такой результат после конфликтного противостояния в науке, да и не только в науке, практически уникален. И он больше говорит о том потенциале, который нес действительный член НАН Украины всю свою жизнь окружающим, друзьям, коллегам, студентам; и конечно, в юридическую науку Украины и всей Восточной Европы.

Почему важно написать эти строки ?  А потому, что есть сегодня "мудрецы", которые хотят несколькими не очень красивыми фактами перечеркнуть весь тот позитив, который делали руководители науки в Донбассе в последние десятилетия. А главное - им хочется сделать виновными во всех настоящих бедах тех, кто уже им ответить не может ... Так и хочется им сказать : "что же вы сейчас осмелели, когда человек от нас ушёл, а почему вы раньше молчали?"

Но нравственные проблемы, вероятно, вечны ... И только повышая уровень культуры можно постепенно добиваться успехов. Именно, на последнее и были направлены усилия Валентина Карловича в последние годы. И мы все будем всегда благодарны академику за это !
