Аналіз виконаних науково-дослідних робіт /стан на 28.05.2011 р.

        Звертаємо увагу на результати експерименту по дослідженню поваги серед населення до докторів наук. Так можна впевнено казати, що тільки ступень доктора наук дає можливість на 60 % підняти зацікавленість у підготовленому науковому матеріалі (експеримент у 2008 р. від 07.07 з відгуком к.е.н. Перовича М.Д. і д.е.н.Турецького О.А.). Тому є сенс здійснювати захист реальних докторських дисертацій, як на державних так і на громадських засадах. Особливо треба зазначити доказ тисячолітньої історії християнства українсько-Гетто-Даккського народу (не менш ніж 3000 років), що було в доповіді (зроблена після беатифікації Івана Павла ІІ в Римі, де НДІ приймав участь) на науковому між-університетському семінарі, а зараз ця доповідь розміщена на державній мові і англійській на трьох сайтах (http://kumpan-muller.ucoz.de/publ/0-1; http://azov-academy.ucoz.org/publ; http://iescr-catholic.ucoz.de/publ  ).

Beatification of Ivan Paulo ІІ First May in 2011 is a step to understanding of general principles of religious and society ethics in Europe
       
       We university workers must, first of all, tell to the young people which aims known laws of Wide-World – Universe, about this revolutionary alteration, examining a term revolution as in the branch of science, which its was taken from, - to astronomy, namely, returning of star pithily which its went (see Lirrte. Revolution) out from. On this case, remembering Socrates, Aristotle, Gegel, it is impossible not to remember Petro Yakovich Chaadaev, which asked and answered, : "Why could not the ancient contemplate (to look after)? Because they were not Christians".
       Therefore examine this beatification in many countries of the World, as "Saint for all humanity" and we always will remember the main thesis of Ivan Paulo ІІ : "Holiness is not rareness. Everybody can become Saint", and it, in my opinion, basis of modern ethics of ХХІ of century, basis of revolutionary alteration, namely is returning to SOURCES !

     And understood main - Ukraine costed 1986 without frightful ecological consequences only due to heroism of drivers from Donetsk and due to creation of the station on the production of liquid Nitrogen straight on AES, which was given to the refrigerators under a reactor, that was provided by professionals from the mines of Donetsk (!!!). For the sake of this phrase this letter is written with us.
    It is necessary quickly to set refrigerators under the metallic edging of nuclear reactors, which will work on liquid nitrogen (!!!). Your high-professional engineers it able to realize. Certainly, they must were think over and set such cooling contour (so-called "Nitric”) yet in the conditions of normal exploitation, as a necessary safety measure in case of emergency situation.
