Today, in 2020, I have the opportunity to appeal to you not only on my own behalf, but also on behalf of a public association of scientists, for the work of which I have been responsible since December 10, 2006 - the Azov Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship for consideration by Your Academy of Sciences. candidacy of Professor, Doctor of Economics Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev for the award of the Alfred Nobel Prize in Economics in 2020.

Since 2017, the Institute for Economic and Sociocultural Research (the successor of the DESMC of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and DFC) has been asking the leadership of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences to include prof., Doctor of Economics. N.A. Nazarbayev to the list of applicants for the Nobel Prize in Economics. During these four years, we managed to reach an agreement between all members of the Presidium of the Azov Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship on this issue (as you can see, the struggle for the future of Kazakhstan is taking place not only in the republic, but also in public organizations of scientists from Eastern Europe).

I just want to, on behalf of the Presidium of the Azov Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship, propose a formulation of the contribution of the Outstanding Economist of Central Asia, prof., Doctor of Economics.
